FAQs
Questions buyers ask before starting activewear production
This page covers common questions about working with InPACE Sports, including project briefs, samples, MOQ, activewear fabrics, logo methods, private labels, QC, packaging, and export delivery.
RFQ and Project Brief
What information should I send for a quote?+
Please share product category, reference images, tech pack or sample if available, target fabric, size range, quantity, colorways, logo needs, labels, packaging, destination market, and expected timeline.
Can I start with photos instead of a tech pack?+
Yes. Reference photos, sample photos, or a clear product direction are enough for a first feasibility review. Exact production still needs measurements, fabric approval, logo files, labels, packing details, and sample confirmation.
Who is this service for?+
InPACE Sports is built for B2B buyers such as sportswear brands, e-commerce sellers, wholesalers, studios, clubs, teams, and startup designers. It is not a retail single-piece checkout site.
Samples, MOQ, and Production
Do you make samples before bulk production?+
Yes. Most custom activewear orders start with development samples or fit samples. Sample time and cost depend on fabric, trims, logo technique, style complexity, and available materials.
What is your MOQ?+
MOQ depends on product type, fabric availability, colorways, dyeing, logo technique, labels, and packaging. Some catalog-based styles can be discussed with more flexibility, while custom fabric or special finishing usually requires a higher quantity.
When does bulk production begin?+
Bulk production begins after the sample, fabric, color, artwork, labels, packing method, size range, quantity, delivery plan, and commercial terms are confirmed.
Fabric, Fit, and Logo
Can you recommend activewear fabrics?+
Yes. We can discuss nylon-spandex, polyester-spandex, rib, mesh, brushed, seamless, recycled options, compression level, stretch recovery, opacity, handfeel, quick-dry performance, and cost direction.
What logo methods can be used?+
Common options include heat transfer, screen print, embroidery, silicone mark, reflective detail, woven label, hangtag, care label, and packaging stickers. The best method depends on fabric, usage, quantity, and brand effect.
Can you help adjust fit and support level?+
Yes. Fit, compression, waistband, strap, pad, length, pocket, seam, and size range can be reviewed during sample development and fit comments.
Quality, Packing, and Shipping
What quality checks are included?+
Quality work can include sample review, fabric and trim checks, in-line inspection, measurement checks, workmanship review, logo placement, label check, final inspection, and packing review.
Can you make private-label packaging?+
Yes. We can support labels, care labels, hangtags, poly bags, stickers, barcode labels, carton marks, folding standards, and export packing details based on buyer requirements.
Do you help with export shipping?+
Yes. The team can coordinate export documents, packing information, freight communication, and shipping preparation for overseas B2B buyers.
