How to Return/Exchange/Cancel the purchasings, if you change your mind

If you have made an online purchase through our website, you have the option to return or exchange the item within 30 days from the date of purchase.

In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have all the original labels still attached in the original packaging. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the buyer being responsible for any incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You can choose to make an exchange if the desired item is in stock, or receive a refund instead.

The Process for Returns and Exchanges

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees for returns.

We do not accept items that are returned without prior notification.

Step 1: To request a return authorization and obtain the return address, please email our customer service representatives at support@inpace-sports.com

Step 2: After receiving your email with the request for exchange or return, our customer service representatives will send you the instructions for the exchange or return process via email. Please follow these instructions carefully.

Step 3: Once we receive your package, we will process your refund within one week or proceed with the exchange. We will email you to confirm that we are processing your refund or exchange, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that if your original payment method is a credit card, it may take longer for the refund to be processed by the bank (around 1 to 2 weeks).

Order Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we offer a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel your order, please submit a help ticket through the “Contact Us” section on our website. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipping, we will provide a partial refund after deducting a 10% cancellation fee. Please note that if your original payment method is a credit card, it may take longer for the refund to be processed by the bank (around 1 to 2 weeks). We will not accept cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.
